PRIVACY NOTICE / EFFECTIVE AUGUST 31, 2026

Collect less.
State the boundary.

This notice explains 99xlab’s information practices for this website and the public or private services reached through it.

01 / THE PUBLIC SITE

No advertising profile.

The public marketing pages do not install advertising pixels or third-party cross-site tracking. The hosting platform may use a first-party visitor identifier for service operation and site measurement, and its security layer may use a short-lived bot-management cookie. Neither is used by 99xlab to build an advertising profile.

02 / INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

Ordinary request and security records.

When a browser requests a page, hosting and security systems may process an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, referring page, date and time, response status, performance data, and fraud, abuse, or error signals. 99xlab uses this information to deliver, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the service—not to build an advertising profile.

03 / INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO PROVIDE

Inputs have a stated purpose.

A project brief may include your name, work email, organization, website, budget range, timing, and project details. The assistant processes the message you enter. Private portals may process business records, files, approvals, estimates, invoices, or other engagement information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data through a public field.

04 / HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Operate, respond, protect, and perform.

99xlab uses information to provide requested features, evaluate and respond to inquiries, perform authorized project work, maintain business records, prevent misuse, secure systems, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights. A public brief or assistant message does not create a quote, scope, contract, schedule, or commitment.

05 / SERVICE PROVIDERS + DISCLOSURE

Necessary processing, not sale.

Selected providers may process information for website hosting, security, storage, transactional email, and server-side AI response generation. They receive only the information reasonably necessary for the service they perform. 99xlab does not sell personal information collected through this website and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful business reorganization.

06 / PUBLIC ASSISTANT

A bounded public tool.

Assistant messages may be processed by a server-side model provider to produce a response. 99xlab does not use public assistant conversations to train its own models. The assistant is limited to published 99xlab information and cannot create a quote, scope, contract, schedule, or commitment. Public fields are not intended for confidential, privileged, regulated, or personal information.

07 / RETENTION + SECURITY

Keep what the purpose requires.

Request logs and abuse signals are retained according to operational and provider needs. Inquiries and project records are retained as reasonably necessary to respond, perform work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. 99xlab uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

08 / COOKIES + PRIVATE ACCESS

Essential access is different from tracking.

The hosting platform may set __Host-appgarden-visitor, a first-party visitor identifier retained for up to 90 days for service operation and site measurement, and Cloudflare may set __cf_bm for roughly 30 minutes to distinguish automated traffic and protect the service. Access-controlled surfaces may also use necessary authentication, session, security, and preference technologies. 99xlab does not use these technologies for advertising or cross-site behavioral profiles. Private surfaces are excluded from public indexing and are not public sources for the site assistant.

09 / CHOICES + REQUESTS

Ask about your record.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to identity verification and any legal, security, contractual, or recordkeeping obligation that requires 99xlab to retain it. Because the site does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to exercise here.

10 / CHILDREN

A business service for adults.

The site and services are not directed to children under 13, and 99xlab does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact 99xlab if you believe a child submitted information.

11 / CHANGES + CONTACT
