One clear identity.
99xlab is a privately held and independent studio. References to “99xlab,” “we,” or “our” in these terms mean the operator of 99xlab.com and its public tools. The website does not identify or imply a named individual owner or a parent organization.
The work is protected.
© 2026 99xlab. All rights reserved. Except for identified third-party material, the site’s original copy, visual design, graphics, interfaces, software, demonstrations, publications, and other authored material are owned by or licensed to 99xlab and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You may view the public site and make a reasonable internal reference copy for evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, frame, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit a substantial portion of the site without written permission.
No registration is implied.
99xlab, NINE by 99xlab, The System of Reliance, and associated names, marks, and visual identifiers are used by 99xlab and may be protected under applicable law. No federal trademark registration is claimed unless it is expressly identified as registered. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not transfer ownership or imply an endorsement beyond an expressly stated relationship.
Readable does not mean ownerless.
Public pages and machine-readable records may be accessed in accordance with the current robots directives, Brand Record, and machine-view instructions. The crawler policy permits GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended on public surfaces and declines CCBot. Technical permission to crawl does not transfer ownership, waive copyright, authorize republication or impersonation, or permit access to private surfaces.
A view is not a warranty.
NINE and other product or service materials describe current positions, capabilities, selected interfaces, and bounded demonstrations. They are not a promise of completeness, accuracy, availability, outcome, compatibility, or fitness for every purpose. Public examples do not establish a production connection, client authorization, quantitative assurance level, or right to rely on protected evidence.
Important terms require a written record.
Site content, assistant responses, project briefs, emails, and demonstrations are informational and are not legal, financial, security, compliance, or other professional advice. They do not create a quote, scope, schedule, contract, agency, fiduciary relationship, warranty, or commitment. A commercial obligation exists only in a written agreement accepted by an authorized 99xlab principal.
Send only what you may share.
You represent that you have the right to submit any URL, text, record, or file you provide. You grant 99xlab the limited permission necessary to receive, secure, evaluate, and respond to the submission or perform the authorized service. Do not use a public field to send confidential, privileged, regulated, infringing, unlawful, malicious, or highly sensitive information.
Do not attack or impersonate.
You may not probe or bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape private surfaces, misrepresent an output, remove notices, impersonate 99xlab, use the site unlawfully, or interfere with another person’s use. Good-faith security research requires prior written authorization and an agreed scope; use the contact published in security.txt.
Other systems have their own terms.
The site may reference or use third-party websites and service providers. 99xlab does not control their content, availability, or independent practices. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services.
The public surface is provided as available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public site and public tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. 99xlab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use a public surface. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Applicable law governs.
These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning the public site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The published record controls.
99xlab may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date here. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions, permission requests, or copyright concerns may be sent to lab@99xlab.com. See the Privacy Notice for information practices.
